0000042: remove all console.writeline statements from beta4 for final 1.3.3 release

Description

at the moment, there are debugging output at various places in the code, most of which wont be triggered at all. one which might is when ecutalk catches (and skips) and invalid data packet. for people who have installed a "console" to their PDA, they will see this in a console window (i assume, ive never tried). so anyway, just need to remove these for final v1.3.3 release.
