0000024: Derived sensors should select dependent sensors automatically

Description

Sensors like economy, duty cycle are derived from values in other sensors - the sensors they depend on should be automatically selected when you select a sensor that requires them. eg duty cycle would select RPM and Injector

(0000012) Peter 11-08-07 18:10	when you select a derived sensor (duty cycle, economy, trip economy, distance, trip fuel used, etc) it will automatically select any other sensors it needs. you can change these to logging if you dont want to see them
